Pilates in the Park is the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air, get moving, and strengthen your body in a beautiful outdoor setting! Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, our outdoor sessions are designed to be fun, accessible, and refreshing.

Pilates in the Park helps decrease cortisol (the stress hormone), and increase feel good hormones such as endorphins and serotonin.

The levels is intermediate; that being said the classes are notoriously known for being challenging. The exercises always start basic at a beginners level, and layers are added during the class for those who want the further advanced option.
